| Born in the '50s, DJ in the '80s, sound familiar? I'm not him. But I did have a little radio career, mostly in Colorado, throughout the aforementioned decade, culminating in a short stint at my dream gig, KBCO-FM Boulder. The experience, while a blast, was not what I had envisioned as a late '70s college student listening to what was then known as Progressive FM Radio. The key factor was that, as a listener, I (and presumably you) felt much more of a connection to the DJs, who were creative people who took us along with them on journeys through the landscape of music. This technology allows anyone, to return to having that sort of symbiotic relationship, but even moreso, because you can actually interact with the jocks, the talent, each other. Cool.
